Why did you choose education as a career?
It has always been my passion to helps kids and to ensure that all students are given the opportunity to be successful in school and in life. I also want to make sure that we have the best of the best educators spearheading the knowledge that our students are receiving.

    Why is education important?
Education creates more opportunities for success for all people. It is the cornerstone of understanding society and its structure and order. It helps us to not repeat mistakes from our history and continue to progress as a nation to become better for all mankind.

What do you enjoy about being the principal of Sue Crouch Intermediate School?
I'm excited about the collaboration and fun we have as a campus that teaches and grows our students! It is an overwhelming feeling when there is a sense of family and community. As a campus, we foster very impactful relationships that continue to build trust and respect which will ultimately yield student success.

What is your hope for your campus?
My hope is that we continue to grow 21st Century leaders through collaboration and innovation. I also hope that we continue to take risks and reap the rewards of all of our hard work as teachers and students. I want us to have positive relationships in the community and build partnerships.

    Tell us about your family.
